No. 174/87-CUSTOMS

S.O.No. 1050(E)- In pursuance of sub-section (2)ofSection 20 of the Indian
Sump Act. 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (!) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of
section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government
of India, Ministry of Finance Department oF Revenue No. 329-CUS. (S.O. 865(E),
dated 28th September, 1987 namely

In the schedule below the said Notification for Serial No
relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :
